We were looking for something that would coordinate with existing tile in the bathroom and it was easy to find several choices at Pyramid. They were very professional, helped us make a decision, came out to measure and delivered the product ON TIME. The team arrived at the agreed upon time and immediately set to work on the installation. They laid out protective coverings on the floor to prevent damage. When issues appeared during the installation, they immediately conferred with me to resolve the issue. The installation went smoothly and the closets look great. They did a good job in cleaning up at the conclusion of the work and ensured all excess materials were removed from the site. Demetrius is great to work with, as he is very customer service oriented. "Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice.
