As far as we can tell, the work was solid. The problems arose when they tore up my carpet. They did not just Pull it up, it was cut. I have to have a pro come out to re-seam it and repair the padding. And check your receipts, carefully. I was charged for the equipment they needed to complete the job, not just the materials, and for some other personal items, like a phone charging cord. Some of the materials I had to pay them for I saw them carry back out to their car. If I paid for them, they belong to me. And they were late for every scheduled appointment. Also, he billed himself as Crosswork-Connect Plumbing, but the final bill and invoice were issued under ( remove company name). So who was I doing business with. But, as I said, the plumbing looks solid. He knew what he was doing.

"Goodevening I appreciate the response and I apologize about the carpet but as plumbers or any other trade come to your home they tell you when work is being done that what's going on an what's going to happen in the process knowing my technician came out he told your husband about the carpet n knowing he put in his notes he gave you free snaking job nd more but any other problem gladly to resolve in a simple phone call."
