As an elderly person, I did not think companies like Precise existed anymore. From the professionalism of Mr. Ariel, to Victor, the electrician, the work, prices, kindness, and integrity represent the highest standards! They are truly outstanding. I thank Mr. Ariel so much.

Precise Building is top notch. I was very impressed by the quality of work and the attention to details. Mr Ariel is very professional, patient and easy to work with. He provide great customer service and cares about his customers. I read the other reviews and agree with them all. I will definitely use Precise Building again. I received three estimates from 3 different companies and Precise prices were comparable to the other estimates. But Ariel attention to detail when reviewing the site for the estimate was outstanding. He measured things and took pictures of the work that was to be done. He said he specializes in customer services and i totally agree. He listened to my questions and provided answered and walked me through the process. Thank you for a job well done. Work was heavy up, replaced electrical panel box, grounded the house and water line to bring the house up to code.

In this crazy remodeling environment, Precise Building Services worked me in very quickly. The work was timely and beautifully done, and Ariel was fantastic to deal with. I don't plan to use another electrician.

Terrific service with excellent communication. Work was more complicated than originally thought but original estimate was honored. Other unrelated electrical problems were repaired during the project. Our electrical panel was upgraded and we installed a Tesla charger. Would not hesitate to use this company for other electrical work.

Work was great and price was fair but communication could have been better. I was not notified of a delay in starting the work and the crew made a minor adjustment to what I agreed to with Ariel without discussing it with me first.

This is a great company. We were extremely pleased with the Heavy-up electrical work that was done at our property. Ariel took the time to thoroughly explain the entire Heavy-up process. He was very patient and made sure that we fully understood everything. The price was excellent and his staff was very professional and hard working. This project was scheduled to take a few days and his team always cleaned up each day to ensure everything was always left nice and neat. Because his team did very good work we have used them for several additional electrical projects. It was hard to find qualified, reliable, and competitively priced contractors, so we are so grateful that we found Precise Building Service. We highly recommend them and know that if you use them you will not be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Ariel and the Precise team. We hired them to install an EV charging station at our house. While other companies would only give us an estimate over the phone, or waited weeks to respond, they sent a representative to the house the next day and then gave us a bid within 24 hours. Their bid was also $300 under the second lowest bid. They were professional, prompt and completed the job in one day. When we asked for a small modification after installation (not their fault), they sent a rep back to modify the charger at no additional cost. Ariel checked in by phone and text throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied. It's refreshing to find a home services provider that is honest, responsive, good value for money and great quality. We will definitely use again.

The small business with a big heart. I have used Precise for 2 fan installations, doorbell and outdoor lamps to name a few. Always professional, excellent customer service, knowledgeable, quality work, and very fair pricing. Precise took care of my property as if it was theirs. Left my home without any debris. Precise is family.

Let me tell you about this company here for starters my home alarm company replaced my doorbell with a new one and then the doorbell would not ring inside my house for a month. The company said I would need a new transformer but they couldnâ t install it great. Which brought me to try â Precise Building Servicesâ they answered and sent a technician to my house to see the issue and the next day they came and resolved the issue. I have never experienced this type of fast and great service in the DC area especially when they fixed an issue that was caused by another company. They are friendly, COVID protected and made sure the customer was satisfied. One last thing a week later they did a courtesy call just to see if everything was still working properly wow wish other business take pointers from this company. I would highly recommend them again.
