Mallick technicians Billy and Bryce fixed a bathroom leak and did a thorough inspection of our bathrooms and discovered plumbing issues that if not fixed could have caused a major issue in our 30 year old bathroom renovation. They were efficient, professional and personable. Would highly recommend.

My first gut reaction was they are Expensive! However, I was pleased with Chuck who did a good job and solved the problem I had with a drain. Problem is, ALL plumbing service companies are crazy a** expensive, so you are at their mercy. You might as well go with the guy who shows you respect….

Chuck and John were terrific, they replaced all the fixtures in our shower and fixed a mess of pipes behind the wall in the process. Very friendly, explained costs and everything upfront, area was very clean after the project, as well.

We contacted Mallick Plumbing and Heating to fix our powder room toilet. Their technician, Chuck Torres, assessed the issue and suggested a new system. He selected a Kohler, did an amazing and professional installation. We highly recommend Mallick and their technicians.

I had a small job to cap off a gas line and replace some sink shut off valves. As usual, the Mallick technicians were very professional, efficient and personable. Bobby and Abbas came in, took care of the job and left everything clean. There is a reason that Mallick is my go-to company for plumbing and Bobby and Abbas just reinforces that opinion.

We use Mallick plumbing for our plumbing needs. Recently had them out to our house to fix some leaky toilets and descale our tankless water heater. Very professional services with excellent customer service.

Luis did a great job fixing my leaky shower. He is very professional. He showed me exactly where the problem was in my shower and fixed it right away. Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Luis (the technician) and his assistant were great. Everyone I’ve communicated with at Mallick have been very helpful and professional starting with Chris and then with Luis and his assistant. They were very prompt and so far no issues with our hot water heater. Although Mallick’s quote was slightly higher than some of the other quotes I got, I would recommend Mallick. They do good work and are a pleasure to work with. Very responsive.

Kevin arrived on time and was professional, kind and courteous. He understood the concerns and went straight to work. While it took about 2.5 hours to complete the job, it was a tough clog and hard to determine the cause. Kevin did not quit or stop for a break until he found the source of the problem and cleared the drain. Kevin informed me prior to each piece of equipment he used that the cost of the job would be increased for both labor and for the use of the equipment. He made sure before doing the work that I was OK with the increases. In the end, Kevin was more than fair in his assessment of the total cost. The price of an excellent plumber is steep, but well worth it when you can feel confident that the job was done right.

They were fine

Excellent. Very happy with the professionalism, friendliness, quality of work by Tyler and Hunter. Tyler would scope out what was needed to do the best job before jumping in. Tyler provided a professional looking job with straight piping and very clean look. Hunter removed the drywall straight and clean to install the new house bib through the laundry room outside wall which made it very easy for us to replace and patch the drywall. We'd been living with low water pressure for several years and it's just amazing how good a shower feels with full water pressure and washing hands with full water steam at sinks! I'm also pleased with the high quality parts and valves used on the job. No cheap looking parts!

I cannot say enough about good things about Mallick, especially the plumber Jacob. They were effective in diagnosing the problem and correcting it. Another plumbing company submitted a proposal and it turns out they would've been way off on the diagnosis; I would have spent thousands more to have my entire basement dug up unnecessarily. Mallick spent a thorough amount of time looking into the problem and figuring out what was really going on. The plumber, Jacob, had the patience, the expertise, and the equipment to do the job right. All the reviews I've read about Mallick say their service is great but they're a little expensive. I thought the price I paid was fair and in-line with what I've heard others pay for similar jobs. Jacob was awesome - he took pride in his work, was thorough in everything he did, and treated the house like his own with absolutely no mess to clean up. My plumbing ordeal was an unpleasant experience, but Mallick made it a lot more bearable and I now have a plumber for life.

The technician, Jacob, explained the risks with replacing the T-joints clearly and unfortunately there were additional issues that incurred overtime work to resolve. But Jacob worked creatively, diligently, and with a positive attitude to ensure the work was completed properly and for expected additional costs. I am a very happy customer despite the complications and would hire Mallick for future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.

They were good but a little bit expensive. They did good work on the toilet but on the other job, I decided to hire another company because they don't have a special tool called plumber's snake to unclogged my drain. They told me that they're gonna charge me additional $100.00 for that special tool.

Mallick performed good work. Mallick prices, however, were unbelievable. For instance, Mallick charged $407 for snaking kitchen drain pipe for 30 feet, while another good company would charge about $180. Mallick would charge $407 for changing the flushing system of a toilet while the other company charged only $135 (for labor, as I supplied the parts of about $25).

As always, Mallick performs good quality work. But the pricing is unbelievably higher than a normal rate. For instance, Mallick charged $407 for snaking 30 ft into a kitchen drain while another equally good company can do the same job for about $180. For changing the entire flushing mechanism in a toilet tank, Mallick would charge $475 while the other company charged only $135. I am most disappointed.

My new to me townhouse had a water heater that was at least 14 years old. Although it was still heating water and not leaking, it did make some grumpy aging noises. The plumber I had used when I was renovating last summer was unavailable and going to be out for a long period of time. His voicemail recommended Mallick. I called Mallick and they were very personable over the phone. Due to COVID-19, I got to do a virtual call with Dale. I pointed out all my concerns and he asked for me to zoom in on some points of my old water heater. He said he would work on a quote for me and get it to me. And he did. Quote came quickly. I reviewed, but also wanted to get some other quotes for comparison. I got one other quote from another plumbing company, and I ended up with Mallick. I mentioned that the quote was a bit higher than expected. Dale reviewed some options and we settled on a plan that would work for me for the next decade. Dale ordered the water heater and other parts. Within a week or so, Katee from Mallick called to schedule. Tyler showed up at my house bright an early the day of the appointment. I thought it was going to be two people, but it was just Tyler. Thankfully, my water heater closet is on the main level and right at the front door so he didn't have too far to go! Took about 4-5 hours for the new water heater, expansion tank, and all the other bits and pieces to get installed. Tyler was informative and explained what I needed to know about the new water heater. While he was wrapping up, I had asked him about some other issues about the pressure valve and other pipes that probably needed to get checked and replaced. Tyler quoted it out for me so I had what I needed to research. Good thing Tyler and I had chatted about it cause something wonky was happening with the water/pipes in the house. I got a lot of water hammering noise throughout the weekend. Draining everything and hoping air would get back into the pipes didn't help much. So, I called Mallick and asked Tyler to come back out. He came the next day and changed out the pressure valve. and checked for other issues. He was going to change the valve under the water meter for me, but had to have WSSC come out to fix the valve at the curb to turn off the water. After WSSC came out and fixed the valve at the curb, Tyler came back out to finish changing the valve. Good timing cause before he arrived, I could hear a toilet tank refilling. Tyler checked it out, did the dye test and there's a leak. So, once the parts come in, he'll be back. Mallick is following COVID precautions. Tyler has a mask and gloves. He's also mindful of property wearing booties over his shoes inside the house. Also careful to make sure the door is closed as he goes in and out of the house to his work truck. Incredibly polite. Definitely recommend Mallick Plumbing. #MOENFLO10
