He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. He explained the problems left by the company that installed my upgraded air conditioner and even took before and after pictures of his work and the work that was done incorrectly by the company that installed the unit. I even had a switch put in to my laundry room. I'm only going to deal with Beacon for now on. Nathan you rock!!!!! Thank you sooo much. Now hopefully when the technician arrives tomorrow, I might actually have air conditioning this time."
