Customer service is always great, appointments easy to make quickly, all technitions are knowledgeable, respectful and answer my questions thoroughly. They arrive on time and call when they are on their way. Prices are comparable and coupons make them lower.

The project was great with Snell from start to finish! Joseph presented all of my options in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Dan and Gabe did an excellent job with installation. I am extremely pleased.

Had a surprise when workmen showed up unannounced the day after I signed the contract. Once we rescheduled the installation date and time, things went very smoothly. The installation of the furnace, AC, and hot water heater took less than a day. I'm very happy with the results.

Way too expensive quote to replace a thermostat

UPDATED 10-12 After months of Snell not standing behind the 2-year warranty, they provided me when they replaced my Motherboard. I just want to inform people that they are dishonest. I now think they are a great example of ELDERLY ABUSE. I am 71 and they took advantage of me. They are CROOKS and looking for their next 70 year old to take advantage of. Please use Meades for your HVAC issues, they are honest and a pleasure to do business with. I am out at least 12K do not be their next sucker. I have not given up holding them to their claim of being the Stand Up Guys. I am sending back the Motherboard and the original board that came with the unit. Snell is responsible for me having to spend THOUSANDS of dollars on my HVAC unit. I would like all my money back but I would at least like my money for this knock-off board that ruined my system. Let me help you out, if you have to order a replacement part, why not order the board from Goodman and not a knock-off and return emails. These are just some of the horrible ways you dealt with me that is almost elderly abuse. Both Technicians started a conversation with me asking weird questions. Are you planning to be in this house for a while and have I ever though about replacing my system. Interesting training you provide to your technicians. After Snell ruined my system, the Snell bid to replace it mentioned that if I signed today on a new system, that you would return my money on the 2 visits. High pressure and 2K higher than any other bid so, you really would not be returning my money but you would make me pay an additional couple of thousand dollars. What a way to get business. Your service manager that ordered the knock-off board NEVER responded to my original emails but why should he, you already stole my money. I have not been able to get Home Advisors to quit recommending you but I have not given up. but I have not given up. I do make sure I tell everyone about your abuse and almost ready to put up a sign on my unit explaining to my neighbors how dishonest Snell is. Now I understand why I never see Snell truck servicing units in my neighborhood. You all should be ashamed of yourself and I hope karma comes back on your company for being so dishonest. Please pay me for the knock-off board with a 2 year warranty and for the postage I had to spend to mail you the part that ruined my system. Good news for you, you can put this board back in stock to ruin other peoples systems.

Snell installed a new air handler and condenser for me. It was an improvement over what I had, but performance didn’t match what was promised. To their credit, they were super responsive, tried to troubleshoot the issue, and ultimately gave a partial refund to make up for overpromising results from this big investment in a new system. Because of the classy way they handled everything, I’d recommend them.
