"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. "Once Mr. Wilkerson arrived, I told him the problem I was having with my sink. He then started performing the work to unclog my drain. It did not take that long for him to unclog my drain and he checked to make sure it was running fine before he left. I continued to monitor the flow of the water draining in the sink. It has been a week since he performed the work on my sink and I have not had any problems so far."

"The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."

We initially reached out to several companies for quotes, but we selected KBR because the designer (Silviya) made such a great impression when she came to our home to take measurements and to collect our requirements for the project. The crew was at our house from 8-5 every day, they put down drop cloths to cover the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and they cleaned up well before leaving each day. "I was looking for a small bathroom vanity countertop in  a specific Silestone color.  (A small remnant is NOT easy to find)!  I called and spoke with Nicholas.  He was extremely courteous.  He did not have what I wanted but was willing to make some calls and said he would  contact me the following week when he returned from vacation.  He did call back (which was pretty awesome in itself) and had located what I wanted.  I considered his pricing to be very fair.  Because of circumstances, I did not end up using him.  However, I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism,and pricing. In future remodeling projects,  I would definitely call Stone Depot first.

"Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."
