  Terribly. I want to give them a negative 1000 star. I told them that I am moving from VA to MD on the third floor condo. The intaker told me $130 an hour and when I asked about any additional charges, he said "no." I even told him that there might be even 3 fridges 2 china closet etc. if we can't give them out to our neighbors that we will donate to goodwill. I made the deposit of $50. When we were moving and they have so many additional fees such as moving it up to the third floor condo, carrying heavy furniture, and wrapping. Yes those are valid costs but the person who picked up and got my deposit over the phone said a definite "no" saying that there are no additional fees whatsoever. But now they are charging for third floor move, for the heavy furnitures over 300 pounds, and wrapping. When I called about the issue, the same intaker said it is not their fault because we didn't read their policy on their website. But I was recommended this party by a third party site and gave them a call. I accepted the condition the intaker gave me over the phone which was 130 an hour with no additional charge. First, the furnitures are not three hundred pounds. The big furnitures divide into two or three parts so they cannot be three hundred pounds. Second, I entered into a contract on the phone with whatever the intaker told me for the deposit. The intaker told me to call the driver Juan and I called him. On the phone, the driver cursed at me when I mentioned that terms were not what I agreed to. He shouted that he was going to leave everything on the first floor. Then I complained that that is not fair because we told the intake person that it was on the third floor and they are not fulfilling their part of the contract. He hung up. When I called the intaker about the issue, we reluctantly said okay to the additional $150 for the "big furnitures." We smelled alcohol on them and they are delaying their work, playing around. We are not satisfied with how they did not take responsibility of the intaker's mistake, how the driver handled the situation, how the intaker handled the situation, what notes were given to the movers, and how we could smell alcohol on them. They gave a bill of over $1000. It said they took a 15 minute break and a travel time from their company to us and back as 1 hour 30 minutes. They tried to scam us but we caught it in time. They did not show up at our new place for over 40 minutes. So we called the same intaker who said that the travel time is 1 hour across the board so he didn't understand why the driver put 1 hour 30 minutes. When I told him about the 40 minute break he told me that he has to talk to the movers and can't change anything on the bill. He told me to talk to the driver. I told him let's do a conference call because the driver will likely not curse at me or act rudely if the intaker is on the phone with me. He then reluctantly changed the 1 hour 30 to 1 hour travel time and wanted to put the bill as 30 minute break instead of the 40 because that's the policy: max of 30 minutes. I told him that's not fair as they didn't do their time and took a break. He reluctantly changed it to subtract the forty minutes. But hey guess what? Even though they wrapped everything, the furnitures were dented, scratched and peeled. They broke our stand. They were throwing boxes with glass that was written in red "fragile." Guess what happened? Our china and glasswares broke. What a good deal for just under $1,000 right

  I received several price quotes from different moving companies - Randall came in much lower than others. They didn't offer bells and whistles like some bigger companies - but their stellar reviews convinced me take a chance on a smaller company. They did not disappoint. The crew took so much care with our things - they wrapped the furniture, listened to us when we had concerns, tetris-ed everything into the truck. There was no doubt that our moving crew was professional and really cared about their jobs and their customers. They hustled and worked hard the whole day - and finished early - which saved us money. I would definitely recommend Randall's moving

The guys in the crew were simply wonderful. It was a very long day for them since not only did they do the entire job in one day, they had to travel 2 hours down and back.   Bargain Movers did a wonderful job with our recent move from Kensington, MD to Rockville, MD. The crew, Will G., Will Jr., Alvin, and Max, were fast and professional. We were told that they would show up between 8:00 - 9:00 AM....and they showed up at exactly 8:15 AM. The move from a 2-level single family home to a 3-level townhome took less than 3 hours. We moved on August 13th, which was one of the hottest days of this year so far (feel-like temp was 105). The guys deserve extra kudos for doing all that hard work under those conditions!!! I was in awe at how they carried our huge sofa up a narrow flight of stairs. No damaged walls, no scratches, no damaged furniture. AND the final cost was $400 less than what was initially quoted! Can't beat that! Also, a big thank you to Martina (admin) and Luis (owner) for being so helpful and responsive! Two days after our move, we noticed that a milk crate with some items in it was missing. We emailed Martina and she responded right away that Luis would check on the missing crate. Luis called us a couple of hours later to tell us that he found the crate. As it happens, the crew uses black milk crates to transport their tape, rope, etc., so they didn't see it right away when they were unloading. That same afternoon, Luis stopped by and brought us the missing crate. I highly recommend Bargain Movers! Don't be fooled by the name. In this case, you will get a bargain AND quality

  I was enticed by the cute name, because moving does generally suck, and it sucks more when it's a new home in the middle of a pandemic. But it sucks so much less when you find an amazing moving company with a team of professional, efficient, friendly employees. They were fair-priced and had no surprise/hidden fees. We already hired them a 2nd time (to pick up a dining set that was going to take too long for the furniture store to deliver) and we were very pleased. I recommend them to friends and family without hesitation
