"This is a second time I hired Lazaro because he did a superb job on pavement. This time, a bit hesitating to call him because it's landscaping work rather than hardscaping. However they did a great job removing weeds, adding top soil and planting sod and bushes with mulch on front yard. On side yard, they removed weeds, added top soil and planted seeds. I like his prompt response, reliability and commitment. They have a solid work habit. Strongly recommend."

We hired them to help correct a drainage issue on the side of our back yard that was allowing water flow toward our home during strong storms. Jose met with us and determined a plan to add a wall to hold the water and push toward the drainage system they added so that water would flow to the road and not toward our house. "Thank you for giving me my backyard back from a post storm swamp to a nicely sodded yard. I’ve worked with “several dozen” contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on “one hand” those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Even my tenants commented on the quality and meticulous job that was completed in the backyard. I received 5 different quotes for this job. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, “to-good-to-be true” warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of top soil to be added to the backyard. I’m grateful for the company’s honesty to bring in the full amount. I’ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects."

Juilo and his crew came in and within two days, removed the burning bush, trimmed the remaining bushes, trimmed back the tree and installed a beautiful retaining wall, with river stone and perennials, and added new sod.
