Masood the owner returned my request or information very quickly, and scheduled a time with me to measure the floor. I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. My basement looks brighter, and bigger, and I am very pleased with the entire process from order to completion. D&S Flooring definitely deserve a 5 star review for all they did on my basement. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

You don't get any "do-overs" with hardwood floors - so you need to find someone like H&H who are truly professional and will do your job right the first time!"

"I had a great experience with this company! The quality of the work and the price were unbeatable. I received quotes from three other companies, and most of them didn't even provide all the services or products I wanted. (I wanted my railings and stairs to be refinished and match the new hickory floors). The quotes from other companies also did not compare to that of Dream Floors, even after upgrading the material! Lee was very flexible with dates and times for the installation and sent pictures of the progress while I was away on business. I also appreciated how his workers moved everything that needed to adjusted during the floor installation. It made for a very stress-free experience not having to move the furniture myself. They vacuumed and cleaned-up afterwards also, leaving my house guest-ready. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I would highly recommend this business to a friend or family member. "I would hire Magni Floor again without hesitation - very professional, and even more important, very honest. To begin, when Marcin came out to give an estimate, he immediately determined that a major squeak in two adjoined upstairs bedrooms was a problem with our floor joists, rather than simply squeaky subflooring. Three other contractors either failed to detect the real problem, or did not disclose the extent of the problem. He gave us a ranged estimate to include the cost of repairing the joists and kept us informed about the process throughout. After removing the subflooring, Marcin and his team determined that it was indeed a joist problem and they were able to repair everything, eliminate the squeak, and install the flooring. The job took about 4 days in total and the floors in the two upstairs bedrooms look beautiful!"
