I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. ".5 years ago, I had Prospect Hardwood flooring remove my 1st floor carpet AND ceramic tile and replace with hardwood floor. Best decision I ever made. Now I needed to have my 2nd floor carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor. I immediately went to Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Mike and Jody are a great husband and wife team. They were very patient, friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Mike gave me an estimate the next day, had the hardwood floor delivered the following day, and his team removed the carpet and put in the hardwood flooring 3 days later, in just 1 day. I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I had the carpets replaced with the hardwood flooring as my allergies disappeared after the 1st night. Excellent price with generous military discount, thank you Mike and Jody. My next project is the basement flooring."

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

You don't get any "do-overs" with hardwood floors - so you need to find someone like H&H who are truly professional and will do your job right the first time!"

The refinished and restained floors look absolutely beautiful and the new hardwood floors in the master bedroom match perfectly. You would never know that the bedroom floors were just installed. Marcin and the team worked meticulously on the floors, the trim, and the stairs. There is a lot of detail work involved and the team did a spectacular job.
