So he even offered to wait while I drove to Home Depot to buy a new pump for him to install. Problem solved, and in a single trip. Incredibly responsive; very friendly and capable; happy to explain exactly what he did. Not inexpensive, but probably competitive with what I'd pay anywhere else. Recommended, and will call him again for future plumbing issues."
