Kevin Williams was sent to repair problems created by another electrician hired by Kitchen Saver during an expansive kitchen re-face and cabinet installation. Among other things, he re-located an unsightly transformer that had been previously secured to the inside of the first shelf of a main kitchen cabinet to a lower cabinet out of sight. Voila! Then, he re-routed unsightly wiring previously clamped to the far corner of a glass display cabinet so that it was out of sight. These were difficult puzzles to solve, as the new cabinets had already been installed and there was no longer easy access. Kevin was friendly, professional, and experienced! Great job!

On June 10, I had a company to install security equipment in my home. In doing so, the installer drilled through a wire and I did not have electricity in several outlets due to the damage. Since the company did not have an electrician on staff and was unable to refer me to anyone, I turned to Angie’s List for help in finding someone to correct the problem. Not only was he able to come out the same day that I called, but Mr. Williams was able to come much earlier than expected. Once he arrived he was able to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Mr. Williams was very, very friendly, professional and honest. He was able to answer my husband’s questions and explained what he was doing as he made the repairs. Kevin Williams was prompt and professional. He accommodated a last minute appointment for me when the electrician I normally use was unavailable. He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and even offered to arrive earlier if I wanted. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was also very reasonably priced. I am glad I found him and plan to use his services again in the future.

The light switch in my bathroom started making a sound and I could smell it burning. I called the company as soon as they opened. I got the owner on the phone and he said he could have someone come out to my house later that day and gave on instructions on handling the light switch until his employee arrived. His employee called prior to visit to let me know he when he would arrive. The employee arrived on time, replaced the old switch and installed in a new switch. They charge by the hour and there was still time left over, so I was able to have him check on some other electrical issues. He gave me his assessment the issues and his recommendation for the products I needed. He also worked with the owner to offer me a discount when I was ready to get those items installed. I will be using their services again soon.

Excellent....all jobs done, all work great. A few problems were encountered and solved rapidly. Some work required being on a ladder, wasn't an issue. All work was done in an hour.

It went excellent. I called and they arrived within 30 minutes. The technician was polite and courteous, it was an excellent experience. I will definitely be using them again.
