"The representative arrived on time and was very thorough in his inspection. He even compared his findings to those of the foundation inspection done when I purchased the house. He explained that this was normal settling and recommended I have a drip line installed around the house if I didn't want to use the soaker hoses. I am not familiar with "watering the foundation" so he took time to explain the whys and hows to me. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were addressed.
