Air Temp Solutions 211 Lake Drive Suite J Newark, DE 19702 302-750-4168 I had a membership plan with this company to service my Heating and Air Conditioner system. On October 26, 2026, I paid $144.00 for another year's membership. Also, their technician serviced my system when I was still under my previous membership, technician stated it needed to be replaced soon and provided me with pictures showing internal defects. So, I decided not to use this company to replace my HVAC system because of their high cost, and I decided to use someone else instead, and least costly. Today, 11/20/2024, I called Air Temp Solution for a refund of my future Membership. They denied my refund. I told the representative there was no need to service my new system since it's currently under warranty, and that Air Temp will not be servicing my new system until warranty is over. The representative said the company would not refund me, I believe that Air Temp wanted to replace my HVAC system which is why they

If I could, I would leave ZERO stars. I was told by Air Temp Solutions that my heating unit would cost $1800 to repair or $8000 on up to replace. I called and received a second opinion and this company actually did their job and properly diagnosed my unit which found items clogging the blower wheel as well as the improper size filter that was installed by Air Temp Solutions. This filter allowed debris to build up causing improper air flow. The proper diagnosis as well as repairs cost me a total of $163 compared to the $1800 that I was quoted for repairs. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my membership .

Air Temp Solutions promptly came to my place to check out my dying air conditioner. While they were here they discovered my hot water heater was about to fail and possibly flood my place and they were back one or two days later and replaced. The following week they replaced my thirty year old air conditioner. They were very polite, attentive and explained everything to me without rushing me. I would definitely would recommend.

This is a VERY old project. Don't recall details reason for low ratings. Had repairs done twice on this unit. One worked out well and unit held up a few more years. Money well spent. Second repair resulted in loss of freon recharge within 3 days. Absolute waste of money.

My Air Conditioner failed so i called Air Temp on Wednesday they came out that evening and by Friday night I had a new air conditioner, new furnace, and new hot water heater installed. at a great price!! I have lived in this house since 2004 and have been fortunate that I have never needed any work done on my furnace, air conditioner, or water heater so I knew it was time, and since their install, my house has never felt so comfortable. My wife is so happy also because this work was done in the hottest days of July. My wife, with her sense of humor first words were " I am happier than a pig in mud". When the tech came out on Wednesday, he was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. The techs that came out on install day Friday, were amazing and did a great job. They worked all day to make sure they completed the project the same day. They took the time to show me the new system from working the thermostat to maintenance that the system will need in the future. They cleaned everything up when they were finished, and I have to say this is the best experience with any work I have ever had on my house. I would highly recommend Air Temp Solutions for any of your heating and air conditioner needs. Thank you Air Temp everything!

Great service. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn't need. Replaced my air conditioner very quickly.

I hired this company to install a sink and replace some pipes. The very next day I had a leak right above one of the pipes that they replaced. They did come back out to fix the leak but they charge me an additional $150 to fix something that was not leaking before they came. Also the sink that was replaced in my house was overpriced and was three times what I thought I would have paid for sink. The sink was just a regular plastic white washroom sink that I couldâ ve bought at Loweâ s for $100 and they charge me $1300 to put in a sink and replace some plumbing . Would not recommend them over priced did staying behind to work.

Great experience, they came out quicker than we expected and repaired the heater in no time. What I really appreciated was they looked it over and gave me options without pressure for other things that were probably a good idea to be done. Very customer service oriented people; price was right

The salesman helped us out during the hot spell that we were in when our AC died. Their company sent is some temp coolers until they could get to us the following week. The install was quick and the installers did a great job with their cleanup.

Everything went as expected. Customer service was extraordinary for all technicians we spoke with. The price was a bit higher than others, but we got a gas furnace and AC brand new installed same day and timely. 8/10 would higher again.

I am not sure if this business is background checking employees. Perhaps it should be asked before hiring. After I paid for advance services (3 for 1) I was told I needed to pay for the time coverage in advance for the 6 months after I had paid 2for three the year before. I put it in writing at the time I agreed . Other than that everything was okay.
