We notice a lick the of the shower. When moving the shower, we finally find a spot. I contacted them, but they explained that the tiles company is the one that has anissue. So, I hired an inspector to check the shower.. And the the inspector asked us ask contact to contact the both company (C&W).. So, I did. A week later, the outcome was unexpected. they did not admit the mistake. We did all required, but they just pointing about the inspector. We currently have no shower, a lot of money has damages. i do not trust them to work again anymore and everywhere.

The repair went very well. Devan was great. Arrived on time, very personable and professional. He listened, surveyed the problem and then presented options and costs for us to consider. We needed a new toilet. He performed the repair and cleaned up after himself. The repair was good, no further issues. We are very pleased and would hire C&W again. Devan's a keeper!

Everything is now working well. Brendon was careful and inspected everything before making any decisions. He listened carefully to what was going on now as well as some earlier problems. He let me know what needed to be done.. And, he kept me updated. After the work was done, he explained everything once more and was able to clearly detail a course of action for some future issues I had asked about. He was courteous and very professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Plus, he was able to arrive earlier than I was originally told. He called ahead when he was on his way. The price was excellent and even less than originally quoted because one step was not needed.
