We replaced our entire roof with Vertical Roofing. It looks great and everything went smoothly, but I wanted to give them a shot out for repairing our windows, fence and other miscellaneous stuff. It sucks to have a beat up roof, but when you have a hole in your living room window from hail the size of an apple, you notice that. When your fence is half up and half down, like dominos- you notice that. I hate to sound cheesy, but we made one call- that's all. Vertical took care of everything. Ask for Randy. That guys awesome!

Whoah. My office was a mess. A hail storm came through and broke windows, ruined the roof, chimney and so much more. I was honestly devastated. I knew I would have to close down for a few months, and I would have to pay a lot of money out of pocket and find a roof guy and a chimney guys and probably 400 different contractors. I can get windy, so let me just sum it up. Vertical Roofing came to do an inspection and patched the leak SAME DAY. Just to reiterate, I didn't have to close at all. Not for one day. My contact Chris organized all the other contractors. They even roofed us on a Saturday- to accommodate our schedule. I can't stop raving about how this company saved my us. I have recommended all of my friends and family to Vertical Roofing.

I was getting ready to sell my house and of course the new owners wanted the roof replaced. I called Vertical Roofing because I see their pink logo all over my neighborhood. My contact Eddie spent an hour on the roof looking for weak points. He said that I didn't need a new roof. Have you ever heard of such a thing? An honest contractor? There were a few shingles that were brittle or damaged, so we replaced them and closed with no problem. I'm single, I don't have own a ladder, and I don't like to feel scammed. I trust Eddie. He was honest. I would recommend him one hundred times.

Vertical Roofing replaced my roof in 1 day. My wife and I were pretty impressed. The crew started at about 7am, and when we returned home from dinner, it was all done. I couldn't believe it. I had to climb on the roof to see it for myself. I believe that you get what you pay for, we purchased a nice roof, and got an excellent roof, delivered by a great team in exceptional time. So, if those things matter to you, hire these guys.

My neighbor recommended Vertical Roofing after they restored her office space. I had them inspect my business roof and while damages were minimal, they wrote the contract did the repairs and had me on my way all in 1 day. I don't know what the norm is, but I was pretty impressed. So, 5 stars for this company for fast turn around and quality work.

My first home, 3 months into my mortgage... a storm comes and knocks my fence over. I had no idea about the roof. So, a guy knocks on the door and said hey, can I inspect the roof? I didn't care- it was free. He came back 30 minutes later with photos. My roof was about to start leaking in 10 different places! He patched it- right there on the spot. I signed a contract that same day, and everything went smoothly. I didn't do anything fancy to my house. I kept the same color scheme, but it still just looked new and better. So, I'm very happy.

Everything took about a month to complete because we had a lot of damage. But my house is way nicer than before. We picked a grey roof on a red brick house and it looks like a new place. So we decided to add in some new paint as well. The biggest compliment though, was our Project Manager Chris, he was so nice. He sat with us for hours while we picked colors. It was a great experience.

My roof was leaking into my living room! I called Vertical Roofing at 2am, because I just didn't know what else to do. A guy named Brandon called me back 3 hours later. He came and patched the roof the same day. He didn't ask for a bill or a contract he just wanted to stop the leak. I was grateful that I offered him breakfast. The rest of the process was just fine. The final roof roof a few weeks to put on but, we were so impressed because this is clearly a company with people who take care of people.

Great Company! The process went smooth, the roof looked great, but what stood out to me was the fact that the owner called me after the job was complete. He said, Ms Kale, I'm just calling to see how everything went. I was blown away. I figured my little job was small- why is this guy calling me. Then I realized it's a company that crews about their customer. There aren't many popes out there like that.

We had a major storm come through our area in May 2015. The damage to my house was bad but not too bad. I used Angie's List and found Vertical Roofing. They were prompt to respond. I had a contract for them to completely replace the roof and repair the the interior where water had come through. They sent a crew to replace the roof a couple of months later. They were horrible. The work was okay but the workers were not. They had to borrow my tools, ladder, extension cords, etc. They also left several HUNDRED roofing nails in my yard and driveway. To make long story short, they never did come back to complete the contract work. I had to contract a separate company to repair the interior. I do not have the time or patience to go into the **** my wife and I went through with this company. The man in charge of this project, Eddie McClelen, proved to be an out right liar. And I kept getting bothered for the rest of the money! Needless to say they did not get it. So we sold the house and moved. Now, approximately 7 -8 months later, Eddie has the nerve to call and ask for the remaining get contract money even though they never completed the job. Obviously an argument ensued. To make a long story short, I ended up getting a call from the owner of the company. He was very pleasant and professional. We had a nice discussion and came to a final agreement. This ordeal took approximately 16 months total. I will never use this company again. And because I found them on Angie's List I have now cancelled my membership. I can do better on my own.

Horrible would not use again. If you need more info I would gladly send. The following are just some of the problems I experienced: Skylights not sealed. Metal scratches all over roof. Seams not sealed in areas that were not visible. Second metal roof had to replace first roof as metal screws and nails were left on the roof were popping up. Metal not soldered. I was belittled by both metal roof removers and metal roof installers since I was not satisfied with their job. These employees told my neighbors that I was the problem and they were not being paid. A vent pipe was placed at a 30 degree angle in a location there was no vent. Argument between manager and contractors over who was to remove metal out of my front yard. Contractors did not show up when I was told they would be there. New gutters not sealed. When I told the Manager that the skylights were not placed properly on the 2 x 4s, they were sitting above the 2 x 4 framework, he suggested that I was at fault since I placed the new domes after the frames were placed on the house. Anyone who knows about skylights would know that the framework is not disturbed by putting new domes on them. The paint color did not match the roof, the manager purchased for the vents. I am 72 years old and have had to climb on my roof to complete the job. I don't know how Vertical roofing works but I believe all their "Managers" are private contractors "small businesses" under the umbrella of Vertical Roofing and Storm Operations of America".

Excellent! Eddie responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and was in touch throughout the entire process. He gave an honest and thorough assessment of the roof and explained in detail the cost/benefit of each repair. We will definitely be using Vertical again for all of our roofing needs.

Eddie came out to have a look and see what was happening and determine the best fix. He recommended a polyethylene coating. A few days later I received his quote and warranty information. Once the weather cooperated, his crew went to work and completed the job. Clean looking application.

I was able to get an appointment two days after purchasing a deal. On the day of the appointment, Eddie let me know within an hour of when he would arrive, and arrived within that time frame. He was cordial, thorough and answered every question I asked of him...and a couple I didn't know to ask! Because of this quality of service on this very small project, I will give Vertical Roofing first consideration when I have bigger roofing projects.
