"I had a basement floor drain that was clogged, causing water to backup on the basement floor and some carpet. ARS came out and unclogged the drain. However, they didn't bother to clean up around the drain when the finished unclogging it, leaving a brown sludge (sewage?) on the floor and splashed on some pipes near the drain. The also left a trail of brown liquid stains from their machine all down my sidewalk when they left, which I'm going to have to attempt to power wash out. At least when the drain was clogged it was just water on the floor..."
