I called that night and the technician called me on Sunday morning at 9 am. Was at my house within a half hour. Was able to replace the broken part as he had one on his truck. Didn’t try to sell me a whole new water heater. Excellent service with no emergency service charge. Did I mention Sunday morning before Christmas!!

Per ad in Columbus Dispatch, a whole house plumbing inspection was $99. HOWEVER, when tech called t say he was on way, he said there was an additional $89 service fee. The ad did not mention the added $89 fee, and was deceptive. I cancelled the appointment since their pricing or fees were not spelled out in ad, were deceptive, and poor business practice. Plumbing is a division of Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling
