"Service First Heating and Cooling LLC is a small family HVAC company who takes pride in providing excellent, quick, friendly service and with very reasonable prices. Greg was able to come out today within a few hours of my call and he quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit (needed a replacement part, which he had in his work vehicle), He then cleaned the outside unit and did some needed repairs to the outdoor and the inside units. I recommend them highly!"

I interviewed 3 other companies in Columbus and by far, Gary with Franklin Heating was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond in customer service. The 2 man installation team was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with.
