US Heating & Air Conditioning services Columbus, Worthington, Upper Arlington, Westerville, Powell, Dublin, Gahanna, Lewis Center, Delaware and surrounding suburbs. US Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 1974 as one of Central Ohio's first dedicated residential service Air Conditioning and Heating PROVIDERS. We have grown to be one of the most innovative dealers in the area. US Heating & Air Conditioning has thousands of installations in Columbus, Worthington, Upper Arlington, Westerville, Powell, Dublin, Gahanna, Lewis Center, Delaware and surrounding suburbs. However, we do not feel that our size is the most important aspect of our business. Of most importance is our philosophy that US Heating & Air Conditioning exists to provide service and comfort for you, our customer. We believe that to be successful we must look after your best interests. Brad did great job of coming out and going over steps for installation and going over pricing. Techs ( Matt and helper ) were on time and did job very quickly We had cracked heat exchanger and very dangerous situation and they replaced next day ( Saturday). Very thankfull

Exceptional Communication: I appreciate how much time they took to answer my 1,000 questions, educate me, and ease my anxiety. I never felt rushed or dismissed.
Unmatched Service & Speed: They came out the same day for service calls and even called when an opening came up for a duct cleaning within just a couple of days of their initial visit!
Honest and Professional: Unlike other HVAC companies, I didn't feel like I was getting a high-pressure sales pitch at the end of each visit. Their prices are fair, and they are genuinely friendly, patient, and professional.
Thorough & Thoughtful: They always clean up before they leave. Most importantly, they helped find answers to a complex issue I had been struggling with for months.

Technician seemed knowledgeable but was not at all personal. Acted like an asshole. Wouldn't even shake my hand at introduction. He was more interested in selling a new furnace than fixing the problem. I wouldn't buy from them at any price. Not trustworthy! I would never hire this technician. What is wrong with the owner?

Every person with whom we had contact at US Heat and Air Conditioning was personable and professional. Brad, who was the lead, was terrific to work with on replacing our air conditioner. Matt and Austin were punctual and professional. They were very respectful to us and of our property. They took time to answer our questions and gave us a walk through of the finished work. Our experience with US Heating and Air Conditioning was exceptional. 5 Stars!!!

They come to the house twice a year, once to check the a/c unit and the other to check my heater. I also bought my hvac unit from this company. Every contact i have is a positive experience. I have been a customer for over a decade. Inhave no plans to go anywhere else.

Technicians were professional but a little late. Did a good job replacing some duct work. However the process to get to that was AWFUL. In the midst of a heat wave, my estimate appointment was apparently cancelled, without any warning to me. I called an hour after they were to be here and they said they had other emergencies to deal with, which I understand. But I would have liked to be notified once they knew they couldn't make it! Another representative called after I had scheduled a new appointment and did tell me about the missed 1st appointment, but again this was an hour AFTER it was scheduled (and after I called!). They never got a consistent time window for me to work with, and though they were supposed to call me (per my technician's words) to firm up the installation after the estimate visit, they did not, and I had to call. They do good work but good luck making sure that they're coming at all. Disappointed in the lack of communication and punctuality. Satisfied with work.

We were completely satisfied with the work done. They removed our old units and hauled them away. It was a big job and they did it very well. We have a high efficiency 2-stage blower furnace and air conditioner which replaced one that was too small to handle our house.

Every person who entered my home was professional and respectful. They did a marvelous job installing our new equipment one day before I gave birth to our new baby. Unfortunately, the unit was making a weird sound, which was causing our lights to flicker when it kicked in. Instead of throwing in a new part, they sent out someone immediately and completely replaced the unit (at their suggestion). Not only that, they suggested a quality electrician who caught some possibly dangerous wiring. When they brought it the new unit, they sent a bunch of brownies as a gift for the new baby. They go above and beyond to make sure you have high quality service AND equipment, but they also treat you like a person first. I highly recommend working with them! They are probably the most honest company I’ve worked with for awhile.

We thought we just needed Freon but it turned out the there were several leaks in the evaporator coil. Everyone that we interacted with was excellent: professional, responsive and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

We have been with US Heating & Cooling for approximately 10-13 years. Each year we pay for a maintenance agreement, which entitles us to 2 annual service checks on our heating & cooling equipment. The techs who come out are always friendly & helpful, the office personnel, well at least one of them, leaves alot to be desired in the category of customer friendly service. Today was the last time that I will put up with the rudeness! We will be finding another company when our contract is over, February of 2018.
