I couldn’t be more pleased. They offer a service contract that offers 2x annual furnace check and also draining hot water tank. This plan costs same as what I was paying an HVAC company that did not include hot water tank. It also gave me 10% off all the work they did and parts used. More than paid for itself. They also came very soon when hot water tank failed and arrived when they said they would.

Water Heater Service
David was exceptional. He was considerate it as were all the people that came out and worked on my project of replacing my leaking water heater with a tankless one. They were very careful with my house and placed protection down on the floors. I have had Eco Plumbers do other work for me and they have always been professional. It was great. I set up an appointment online and noted that I had no hot water. They called me back and said they could get me in the next day. The technician came out and determined that I needed a new water heater which I expected was the case. He walked me though all the options and prices. He arranged for the installation the next day. The workers were very professional, efficient and thorough. They explained everything to me and showed me how to operate the water heater.

Leyton from Eco Plumbers conducted an annual routine maintenance inspection of my HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained each step. Earlier I received a notification from my HVAC app which said to replace the humidifier pad. He replaced the pad and had recommendations which didn't require immediate action from me nor was I pressured to accept them.
