"I first contacted Franklin Heating and Cooling in 2015 right after moving to this neighborhood and needed my thermostat replaced. Their pricing was great, the technician was nice and they got the job done right away. I then had low freonagain a few years later and cashed them again. They kept me informed during the installation process and when complete they made sure that I understood everything needed about the unit, its operation, maintenance, and controls.
