Master air

Guy came out immediately. Told me first to turn the A/C on.....duh....it wasn't even on when the first guy showed up! Anyway, this guy said, yes, I had a leak. He could shoot some magic juice into it, and it would fix the problem. My system is 13 years old, and if this buys me a couple years, I'm glad. He said even IF I needed new units (which I don't) their cost would be more like $5500.
I have been cool all summer!

I went over to check it out and got it started but it did not continue to work. I googled Furnace Emergency Repair and and Master Air came up. I called Master Air and left a message. I received a return call in 15 minutes to schedule a repair. Jamie Helber called me 10 minutes after that to confirm his arrival 30 minutes later.
Jamie arrived and ran through my furnace and found the problems (dirty ignitor sensor and faulty thermostat). He had my furnace turned back on in 45 minutes.
Jamie also gave me several tips on how to better distribute my heat through my system.
All in all, the best $180 I ever spent. What a great supplier!

After another heating and cooling company couldn't fit me into there schedule, I called Master Air.  They were at my house within an hour of my call.  They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the ignitor, tested everything to make sure it worked correctly.  I'm so glad they came on short notice.  No heat when the temps are below freezing is no fun.  I'd definitely use them again.
