Their pricing was great, the technician was nice and they got the job done right away. I then had low freonagain a few years later and cashed them again. Jeremy was a life- saver pointing out that we had ductwork that pulled in outside air, but it could be opened and closed as needed. This was in response to my indicating if had some issues even with the air on. Franklin Heating and Cooling are a caring bunch of professionals with great customer service skills and knowledge.
