Upon arrival, installer started job quickly and professional. After job completed, he asked if we were satisfied with job. We were and he cleaned up.

Installer and helpful arrived in a timely manner, and the installer was particularly polite. He re-rolled the supplies into mini-rolls for ease of use, and he alone did the installation. The helper was there mostly to move boxes.

Installers on time, called ahead to confirm. All 4 courteous and professional. Explained everything. Worked carefully. Efficient, not rushed. Helped move some of attic stuff and cleaned up well afterwards.

2 gentlemen called to say they were going to be late; arrived almost 2 hours late. The job itself well done, as discussed and they left 4 hours later after cleaning up.

My wife and I attended a presentation by James Manfield, the owner of GreenForce. We were impressed with company product and Jame's punctuality, professionalism and honesty. We decided to hire his company to add insulation to attic of my in-laws house. The installers came on time and over 9 hours managed to complete 95% of the job. The installers were polite, professional and clean. The subsequent installers came next day and completed the job. We are very pleased with James and the service provided by his company. As FYI, we had similar radiant barrier installed by another company in our own house in 2012 and we were pleased with the reduction in heating and cooling cost.
