"We were very pleased with the service that we received from CARE! I contacted three different companies and they were the first to respond and their estimate was the cheapest. We were looking for a basic system and that is exactly what we got. We did not feel pressured to get anything more than we asked for and Andy was very helpful. "When it came time to replace HVAC, the salesman from my current company was not being sincere in the sales process. I interviewed 3 other companies in Columbus and by far, Gary with Franklin Heating was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond in customer service. The 2 man installation team was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. When I called with a question the next day, they sent the installer back to physically review the system and answer all questions.I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and people from Franklin Heating/cooling and highly recommend them."
