"We were very pleased with the service that we received from CARE! I contacted three different companies and they were the first to respond and their estimate was the cheapest. "When it came time to replace HVAC, the salesman from my current company was not being sincere in the sales process. I interviewed 3 other companies in Columbus and by far, Gary with Franklin Heating was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond in customer service. The 2 man installation team was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with.
