Heating & AC Systems

Awesome experience. On a tip from a neighbor, we had Heating & AC Systems install new heat pump that served us well for 24 years. We decided to replace the old heat pump and air handler with a new Armstrong system (manufactued by Bryant). Rod Ferguson, current owner and son of Larry Ferguson (original owner), provided a detailed quote to replace everything. He was very patient in answering my questions. We accepted the offer and his 3 man crew installed just about everything in one day. Rod came back the next day and finished the installation and showed us how everything worked. My wife is thrilled to have heat and air conditioning again. Rod even submitted the paperwork to extend the Armstrong warranty at no cost. I plan to continue to use Heating & AC Systems in the future for our heating and cooling needs.

Honest and very reasonable. Quick to diagnose and repair. Although he was very busy was able to come out and repair same day I called. Did not push for a sale of whole new system like some other companies do. Would highly recommend and would do business with again.

Larry and son, Rod, respond promptly and will fix the problem parts or even explain why you don't need some things like systems recommended through an energy audit. He is a neighbor, but no freebies!

It went great! We had Rod Ferguson, son of the company owner, Larry Ferguson, come out and discuss our options. Our old furnace and heat pump were 25 years old and had been nickel and diming us for about 6 months. It was time to purchase a new system. Rod wrote up 3 proposals and after a few changes we chose the mid-priced proposal. Rod and his son, Cameron, arrived before 8 a.m. and worked almost 12 hours non-stop to install our new system. We love it! We look forward to lower electric bills and great efficiency from the Armstrong Multi-Position Air Handler, Split System Heat Pump, Honeywell FocusPRO 6000 Programmable Digital Thermostat and Ultraviolet Air Treatment System plus the Aprilaire Automatic Digital Humidifier. We are very satisfied with the work done, price and products installed.

It went great. We have depended on Heating & A/C Systems for years. Whenever we have had a problem with our furnace or heat pump, we always called them. Rob and his associate are personable, professional and reasonably priced. We have hired other HVAC companies when Rob was not available however they have never compared with the promptness and experience provided by Heating & A/C Systems. I highly recommend them.

Larry Ferguson is a pro!  A very honest and pleasant man, prompt, and fair priced.  He is thorough and does what is needed.  He checked my air conditioning unit, changed a filter, and boosted my unit with the necessary freon.   Having had a previous positive experience with Mr. Ferguson and his company I had full confidence that my A/C would be running perfectly after his assessment and work.  I was correct.  Heating and A/C Systems is the only heating and a/c company I will have to my home.   Consistently A+ work!  Nice to have a local, honest, wonderful person to deal with.   He is quality!

The gentleman, Larry, was prompt, polite, professional, pleasant, and knew exactly what the problem was. He completed the work efficiently and quickly, and left the area clean. I happily recommend this company! I've had other heating and cooling companies out to my home for various jobs in the past and never felt confident in them. This was a much different experience; Larry is very knowledgeable and very thorough and I will DEFINITELY call him in the future for our heating and air conditioning needs! I slept wonderfully last night knowing our problem was remedied!

They are excellent, and all that they do is very good. Their service call usually is around $65. My experience with them has always been excellent. They’re honest. I’ve bought a furnace from them in the past. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We have been using them for service over the years, and I always thought that they did a very good job. It is a fairly small company. It is a father and a son. It seemed to me that they did a very, very nice job. We have relied on them over the years, and I'm sure that if anything goes wrong that there will be no problem at all with them taking care of anything. We haven't had to use the air conditioning yet, but I'm sure it will be alright. It is quite an improvement over the old system.
