"When it came time to replace HVAC, the salesman from my current company was not being sincere in the sales process. I interviewed 3 other companies in Columbus and by far, Gary with Franklin Heating was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond in customer service. The 2 man installation team was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. When I called with a question the next day, they sent the installer back to physically review the system and answer all questions.I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and people from Franklin Heating/cooling and highly recommend them."

"I called on a Saturday about 1pm, my furnace was not working and they were able to come out in just a few hours and take care of the problem. The repair was minor so they adjusted their cost to fit the work preformed. Not many companies going to be that fair, thank you very much. I will recommend Hubbs to all!!!"
