Their pricing was great, the technician was nice and they got the job done right away. I then had low freonagain a few years later and cashed them again. I resumed using Franklin Heating and Cooling and have called them ever since for my HVAC needs. Caleb came out on a Sunday when my blower quit working, he was back first thing Monday to replace it (I was very grateful as I have a health condition). Most recently I decided to have my HVAC system replaced as a preventive measure as my furnace and AC unit were nearly 20 years old. Gary quoted me a great price and was able to get it scheduled within a weeks time. Jeremy and Ryan came out to do the installation and they were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! Jeremy was a life- saver pointing out that we had ductwork that pulled in outside air, but it could be opened and closed as needed.
