They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. I thought the price was reasonable. It took a couple of tries to get them here. Overall, I think they were really good with their punctuality, the service that they provided and their cleanliness. It took about 30-40 minutes.

According to this company I owe them $300+ for repairs that I have never been invoiced for, nor did I ever approve. According to the individual that called me this is "not their problem". I reluctantly approved a repair by this company back in July, and it was like catching a disease. They are rude, unprofessional, and completely unethical, and they apperantly feel they can show up without my approval and do what they want.

** I was able to speak to a manager after finally receiving the invoices. There were clearly errors on both, and the Manager Becky H. was very respectful and polite. I am still not happy about the situation, but Becky is obviously a good manager. Because she was willing to work with me I felt it only fair to update my review considering my experience with her.

I don't know if I would continue to use them but they originally installed the first furnace and it was the wrong one so they came back and put the right one in. Based on the job they did, it is working and we have heat, there are no immediate problems. I don't mean to downgrade this company but there are just so many different companies to use and we didn't choose to use them our builder did, it's a unique situation.

If I have any more problems, I'll go with Arrow and not the company from whom I bought the a/c.
