"I first contacted Franklin Heating and Cooling in 2015 right after moving to this neighborhood and needed my thermostat replaced. Their pricing was great, the technician was nice and they got the job done right away. I then had low freonagain a few years later and cashed them again. Jeremy was a life- saver pointing out that we had ductwork that pulled in outside air, but it could be opened and closed as needed.
