He worked around my busy schedule and accommodated me by coming on a Saturday morning, which was very much appreciated. And, I should add, he was generous with his time as it did go over the two hours.
His quality of work seems excellent - he quickly replaced the 3 moldy, grimy 80s faucets with the new ones I bought from Home Depot.
After turning back on the water he checked each faucet 3 times to make sure there were no leaks (there were not).
I've already asked him to come back in a week or so to install a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher.
