From the very start in meeting Stuart I knew that this company was by far one of the best in the industry. He was extremely knowledgeable about exactly what type of system to install along with carefully listening to what mine and my wife's needs were so that he could make sure to meet them, which he fully did. Two thumbs up to Stuart along with Jeremy and Robb who came out and did an amazing job on our whole house water filtration system install. It was also very impressive that there is still a company out there that when they say they will be there, they are! Very punctual and the follow-up was superb. Jeremy and Robb were very detailed in making sure everything was done 100% correct and that no mistakes were made along the way in installing the system. I absolutely love the fact of being thorough and doing it right the first time! A+++++++ for a job well done and a great reputable company that stands behind their word! I would highly recommend calling them if you are thinking about getting a water system or upgrading from an older one of any kind. You will feel super comfortable from the first time meeting Stuart or his team and knowing that you are working with, in my opinion "The Best Water Company" out there!

Great. We negotiated the brand and model of water softener and a price. He also suggested a Reverse Osmosis Water Filter for the kitchen. I researched it and had several phone calls about it with Stuart French, the owner. I finally agreed to it and we included it in the contract. I signed an electronic PDF contract. Very easy and straight-forward. Stuart came on time with his helper and they installed the system without incident. He took time to acquaint me with the system and how to use it. That night, I noticed they had not hooked up the RO filter to the refrigerator water dispenser, as they said they would. I called Stuart and his helper came the next day and finished the install of the RO filter. No problems. Finally, after about 3 weeks, I noticed that the water softener was not working and was, in fact, off. I called Stuart. He had me check and they had erroneously plugged in the unit to a different outlet that shared other systems in the house and the breaker in the receptacle shut off. I plugged it in the correct outlet. The time, however, was reset to 12:00 in the water softener. We set the time correctly, but I asked him if the other settings now had all been reset. He said he'd stop by the next day and check them. He did this, and we are all good now. (The other settings had not been reset.) Stuart and his helper are great guys to work with. They do what they say they will do.

Great. Stuart installed a whole new system and it seems to be working well.

He came out to our house at no charge for the initial consultation. He arrived on site right on time to perform the installation, with everything he needed. (Contractors don't always have to run out to pick up something else to finish the job, but enough of them do that I thought it worth mentioning.) He did the job pretty quickly, and stayed to make sure everything was working properly before he left. While there, he instructed me on everything I needed to know to maintain the system myself. This was several years ago. Ever since, whenever we've needed any replacement parts for annual maintenance, or additional filters or chemicals, he's always been able to provide quickly, and still at a fair price.

This company installed a water heater for me earlier in the year and at that time quoted me to install a water treatment system. About eight months later, I decided to install the system and called the company. They adjusted the quote slightly for changes in prices. They assisted me in finding someone to build a storage space for the equipment, and once that was completed, we agreed on a date for the service. They came on the scheduled date and installed the equipment in the time frame they quoted. The installers were professional and provided me with needed information for caring for the equipment. They did forget to hook my icemaker to one part of the equipment but are returning at my convenience to connect to that.

The job went very well. Stuart French has a great knowledge about water treatment systems. He is both personable and professional. The installation took longer than expected due to a large amount of re-plumbing that needed to be done. This can be directly attributed to Mr. French's attention to detail and insuring a high quality product and installation. No shortcuts were taken. I was most impressed by his and his assistant's dedication to insuring customer satisfaction. Mr. French patiently explained the operation of the system and answered all questions. On top of that, the cost of the system was more than reasonable when compared to his competitors. He stands behind his work and services all his products. I know I can trust him to be there and support me with any water issues I have. This was not the case with my previous failed system which I purchased from a different company. I practically had to beg my previous company to come out and service my equipment. When they did service the equipment, it was done incorrectly resulting in system failure for which they wanted an exorbitant amount of money to correct, but I had no faith that they would. The lesson here is to go with an expert that focuses on customer satisfaction. So far (and I have every reason to believe it will continue) I am greatly impressed with Exquisite Air & Water Services. In my opinion, they are way above the competition in reasonable pricing, quality of products, and excellent responsive service. They listen to their customers' and work with them to determine what the customers' needs are. They don't just sell you a bunch of stuff that you may not need and just walk away. They sell and install and support the products you actually need in order to have superior, worry free water. We are very happy with our new water treatment system, and with the support provided by Exquisite Air & Water Services. And, if it wasn't for Angie's List, I may never have found this company. Mr. French (owner) was very professional, showed up on the day and time he said he was coming. He was very knowledgeable and he did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. The service he provided on a 16 year old system was exactly what we needed and within our budget. We will definitely contract his services again and we recommend him.

As others have said, he answers his phone and returns calls promptly, which is just almost an obsolete practice in business these days. He was punctual and performed all necessary evaluations of our system. Exquisite Air will be who we call from here on out!

On time, thorough, did the job right.

After we replaced an expensive tankless water heater that was ruined by hard water and deposits we were told by the installer to look into a water softener to avoid further damage.  I called several water treatment companies and several never bothered to call back but Stuart at Exquisite Air & Water Services answered the phone on my first call and we scheduled a consult and water test.  He performed a detailed water test and explained the issues with our specific water and made a recommendation based on our water.  Stuart was by far the most knowledgeable of those I obtained quotes from.  The price we paid was comparable to others I received quotes from but I felt better that we were getting the right equipment based on Stuart's knowledge.  We opted to have him install the water softener and he showed up on the agreed day/time and installed the unit and tested it.  He provided a tutorial to my wife and he offered to come back and review the system with me as well which he did at a later date. 
The unit is working well and it has solved our issues we had with our water.  Stuart is very knowledgeable and always answers his phone (rare and refreshing) and makes himself available for any questions.   He sold us what we needed and nothing more but gave additional options to further improve the system at a later date.  I would not hesitate to recommend Stuart at Exquisite Air & Water Services to anyone.

I have known Stuart for years even when he did not own his own company. The prices are very honest and they do a great job. The company is very honest and they have a lot of integrity. Stuart has been servicing the different systems for around 15 years total.

Stuart is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have referred him to clients that have mold remediation problems, and air quality issues.

We have used them for a while and they always do a good job. We would recommend them.
