"These guys are fantastic! John Schaus and the A&E team came out and repaired and serviced my water purification systems so that my home has water flowing at the right pressure, correct PH, and great quality. They also replaced older copper piping in my wellhouse with piping that would not corrode. I would not hesitate to recommend A&E water to anyone! A+++"

"I was visiting my mom when Chris arrived. I live in Florida. His professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship was excellent. The water leakage problem under the kitchen sink was resolved at no additional cost. In addition, he provided some insight into resolving a clogged bathroom sink and offered to be the primary repairman for any plumbing issues for my mother. I was impressed with how he explained to my mom the problem and how he fixed it. I feel very confident that Chris corrected the drainage problem as this was the third visit to my mom's house. "This is the most knowledgeable service provider of water purification that I have ever used. He explained everything - lots I did not know and gave me tips on how I could use it more efficiently. I would love to replace my system with a new one, but cost right now does not fit my budget. But when I have the wherewithal to have a new one installed, Purologix will be the company I will hire! Very impressed with professionalism and knowledge and of course know-how.

"The representative from Modern Plumbing took pictures, explained possible sources and how to figure out the source from use. Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"WOW! I am so impressed with the installation and quality so far from this product. I chose them because of the Kinetico reputation for water softeners and because I immediately liked Brandon in sales. The installation with Mark was no less excellent. They sent me a former Marine for install! I could not ask for any better than that. I have had issues with high Iron, Calcium, and Magnesium for 15 at this house in Hillsborough, NC. I am hoping this new system with help with a bladder condition I developed 7 years ago, Interstitial Cystitis - no one knows what causes it but some suspect bad well water. Keeping my fingers crossed, but at any rate I LOVE having clean and non-hard water now. I am beyond pleased with this company.
