"My water old softener was not functioning. They came and looked at it and said it was probably not fixable . They offered to take the control unit back to their office and maybe they could fix it. They were more enthusiastic about selling me a new system . They offered to give me a price break if I purchased a new system within a certain time frame. I told them I would consider it. Fortunately I was able to find another repair person who fixed the unit on site by replacing a few gaskets and a piston. It only took half an hour. Their trip fee was less than Progressiveâ s and thatâ s all it cost me to get my softener fixed. I am updating my review because the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for their inability to fix my water softener. He also sent me a check for a full refund of their trip fee."

"Very knowledgeable technician, who happened to be the owner, George Lennon. He was a innovative with solution for my tankless water heater. Very thorough and didnâ t just want to keep charging more. Very fair pricing."

"Top-Flo replaced my water heater, they have really great prices and I am beyond happy with my new water heater! Thank you!"

"Eddie is an outstanding plumber. He showed me how to turn the water off at the various points in the house. He pointed out work that will need to be done and why. He was also calm and friendly. His work is great."

"I'm really pleased with the system Purologix installed at my home in Carolina Beach. I've had other soft water systems that had separate filters and much larger tanks. Even with the smaller footprint there's a noticeable improvement in the quality of the water this system produces over those. I don't miss changing filters and this system uses much less salt. The installation was completed when they said it would be, and in the way they explained it."

"Tim was outstanding. He called before arriving. He took a look at our system and made the necessary repairs. He also provided general maintenance to our water treatment system. Tim quickly assessed the problems and was very professional throughout the time he was here. I highly recommend this company for water treatment needs."

"WOW! I am so impressed with the installation and quality so far from this product. I chose them because of the Kinetico reputation for water softeners and because I immediately liked Brandon in sales. The installation with Mark was no less excellent. They sent me a former Marine for install! I could not ask for any better than that. I have had issues with high Iron, Calcium, and Magnesium for 15 at this house in Hillsborough, NC. I am hoping this new system with help with a bladder condition I developed 7 years ago, Interstitial Cystitis - no one knows what causes it but some suspect bad well water. Keeping my fingers crossed, but at any rate I LOVE having clean and non-hard water now. I am beyond pleased with this company. Brandon and Mark are awesome, professional, patient, kind, and thorough, and I suspect others there are too. I truly enjoyed their company and they are quality guys. THANK YOU."

"They do everything they can to get your water going and save you costs wherever possible Just genuine honest people"

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
