Coffman Plumbing is a family owned and operated business since 1974, that is moving into it’s 2nd generation of management. We serve Cumberland County and surrounding areas. Wonderful! Scott Coffman is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as were the technicians who performed the actual installation. Scott responded very quickly and came to my home. He arrived on time. He assessed my existing system and advised me on the best tank for my home and pointed out deficiencies in the existing lines that needed repair. He told me that it would be a few days before he could complete the estimate but that he would get it to me ASAP. I received the estimate in the mail about 10 days later and accepted. They came out as scheduled that same week and I couldn't be more pleased. They had to dig a new gas line and worked around my dogs. The even covered what they could to keep the dogs safe. They kept me posted every stop of the way. On a Saturday morning at 9:00AM, I thought I had a problem and texted Scott. Within 2 minutes he called me and already had a repairman on the way. He was able to fix the problem over the phone, which turned out to be me, and was able to call off the repairman. Scott was very kind about being interrupted and I know should I have a real problem in the future it will be addressed completely and in a timely fashion. Scott, Jamie and Sam are all professional, intelligent, considerate, hardworking and knowledgeable gentlemen.

They repaired the leaks and replaced the food disposer and were professional and efficient. I was concerned when they said they bill by the hour but they worked efficiently, there were 2 technicians and they tag teamed the work to get it done in a timely manner.

The workers arrived on-time in company vans/trucks wearing company shirts, placed floormats & wore booties to prevent tracking in debris, were clean & polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Installed water based kitchen appliances & faucets, bathroom toilet, faucets, and shower tower. The tankless water heater proved a problem at first, but was corrected by Scott Coffman himself. Reliable locally own company that serves the area with pride. Highly Recommend.

It went great. Asked Coffman's to contact my tenant to  schedule a time to come out and take a look at leaking hot water heater. Showed up at scheduled time, called and gave me a quote to replace the hot water heater. Tenant noted that personnel were very courteous and professional. Great experience, no complaints!!!!

Recently bought a home, had renovations done. One of the renovation workers flushed a rag,it got stuck in my pipes which made both of my toilets unusable. Another worker snaked the line, but it only pushed a little rather than getting it out. I called Roto-rooter twice. 1st time, the guy pushed it, thought it was gone, but my toilets only worked for a day. 2nd call, the guy tried to snake the main line, but couldn't get to it. Almost $500 down the drain and my toilets still weren't usable. I called Coffman plumping after seeing them here on angislist, they were able to get the rag completely out of my lines. The guys were very nice and friendly. It's been a month since they were here, so it's safe to say that they fixed the issue that others were not able to fix. I will be calling them if I ever need a plumber again.

The plumbing was one of the main issues on the house inspection list and it passed with flying colors on the re-inspection. My hat is off to these guys because they worked in tight conditions in crawl space on some of the bathroom issues. They were very professional and did their job right. There was an electrical issue that had to be addressed under the house but could not be done until the plumbing issues were corrected but these guys had that done without  the electrician having to wait too long. This is the third time we have used Coffman Plumbing and will use them again. We highly recommend them.  By the way, we sold the house in June. Thanks for the great job!

On time, but did nothing. Waste of $90 service call. Called to get my sprinkler system fixed. I told them the pump was broken and would likely need a new pump on the phone when I set the appointment. They showed up, asked me to plug in the pump and stared at it. After a few minutes of standing around they told me the pump was broke. Duh!? Didn't take long enough to charge me for, so they made some calls, sat in the truck, popped the cover off once, but clearly didn't know what they were looking at and again just stared at it and poked it once or twice with a screw driver until they wasted enough time to justify charging me. Then said i should go get a new pump at Tolar ' or Hubbard's or Northern Tools. Could have said that on the phone. No technical knowledge and just out for a buck it seems. Beware.

When I called, the person answering the phone was very professional and courteous. They were able to provide someone to be at the house when I wanted and the workers came about the time they said. The workers were very cordial and knowledgeable about what I needed and how to get it done. Not only would I suggest them to do work. I called them back to do some additional work and was very satisfied.
