Best water softener pros near Linden, NC

"They installed a water treatment system that was bought elsewhere. They were able to do the work in one day and I was very happy with it. They explained what they did and how to maintain the system. They are always available to answer questions or check the unit when I call. They also service the unit for me and I am very happy."

"The installer Dustin was great! He was on time and professional. The installation was completed in about four hours as stated the job would be. I am happy with my water softener system and so is my skin!"

"They came out promptly and tested our water. Explained the results, made recommendations, and reassured us that the water quality is good, we do not need any expensive treatment equipment- what remedies may be considered could be done by us. This is 10 days later, we followed the recommendations and the odor which caused us to seek help is gone. They know their business and they are honest. We could not be more satisfied and if any issue ever arises we would certainly call them again."

"Top-Flo replaced my water heater, they have really great prices and I am beyond happy with my new water heater! Thank you!"

"Eddie is an outstanding plumber. He showed me how to turn the water off at the various points in the house. He pointed out work that will need to be done and why. He was also calm and friendly. His work is great."

"Very clean and efficient work. Answered all questions i had about other issues in the home and i havent had a problem with the sink since."

"I'm really pleased with the system Purologix installed at my home in Carolina Beach. I've had other soft water systems that had separate filters and much larger tanks. Even with the smaller footprint there's a noticeable improvement in the quality of the water this system produces over those. I don't miss changing filters and this system uses much less salt. The installation was completed when they said it would be, and in the way they explained it."

"Excellent service. Immediate response to our phone call. Problem was quickly identified. Work was performed professionally. Will be my go to person for any problems that may arise in the future."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
