I called Tommy Allen Plumbing around 10:30 am and he went by the property and checked my septic pump within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and had a replacement pump in his truck. "Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. "Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened. "The service call went well. The plumber made necessary adjustments to the inside apparatus inside the tank of one commode so it would flush properly and no longer leak. He also checked another commode and replaced some of the parts in it so it would stop running continuous.
