The gentleman that responded to our call on a Saturday morning was very curtious and professional. He did a wonderful job over the course of two days due to the difficulty of our situation. I will definitely recommend him to anybody that has the same problem as we had.

Excellent Another plumber came & did nothing to fix the problem & did nothing but walk around & look at pipes, close 1 vent under house & told us problem should be corrected in a couple of hrs, charged a service call of $140. Said plumber if this did not work concrete would have to be busted up problem would be under concrete driveway. Not at all true. Call Gladden & problem was fixed in a couple of hours.

Professional plumbers are not inexpensive but I do believe we get great value from Erin and his team. When the work is done, it is done correctly and we do not need to call them back. Erin has been able to respond to our needs in a timely fashion. I am accused of being loyal to service providers. Erin has earned the loyalty. I encourage anyone with a need for plumbing expertise in Gladden Plumbing's service area to let them deliver similar results.

They were clean, and the head guy came out to do the estimates. There were 2 or 3 workers, and when I get done tiling the floor, they will come back in to put in the vanity and stuff.

Erin Gladden and his serviceman were extremely professional and helpful in solving some water issues we were experiencing. My only regret is that I had not called them earlier. They know plumbing. They took time to explain options and provide written estimates. They not only honored the estimate, they went the extra mile to insure the system was working properly and in doing so, discovered a major flaw in the way the home was originally plumbed; a hidden connection that had cold water communicating with a hot water feed line. They were courteous and extremely easy to work with. They demonstrated exemplary service and commitment to providing a job done right.

They got there in record time. They're really fast. He's very honest about it. They did a great job. I'm happy with everything.

I really can't think of anything negative to say!  Answered the phone
when I called, were polite and professional, squeezed me into their
schedule the very next morning, came on time, fixed the problem, and
charged me a reasonable fee.  Given that I'm in a rural area, and quite a
distance from their business, all and all I felt that I was treated
very fairly.  I am glad to have found a good plumber to depend on! 
Sometimes hard to find reliable folks these days.

He was excellent.  He answered the phone (no message machine) and when I explained the problem he asked some questions to better a**** the problem and then informed me that he would be more than happy to come to my residence today but it will be after 2PM.  I was fine with that and he arrived shortly after 2pm and got right to work.  Once he discovered the problem, he explained what had happened and the best way to repair it.   The problem was fixed and he was very pleasant, professional, and I would recommend him to everyone.

We had a large kitchen remodel, including re-locating the washer & dryer, adding new other plumbing. Erin & his team were knowledgeable and the work was done in a timely manner. They understood that the cats needed to be kept in the house, so they made sure that none of them got lost in any wall openings, or sneaked out when they came in & out of the house. Would AND will use them again in a hearts beat.

It was a very good experience. We spent $90. They're very responsive when I called, they were quick to come out, they followed up on 2 occasions and they're also close to home. They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable and explained things really well.

I have used Gladden for several jobs over the last few years. They are incredibly responsive and I have always been able to get them in a very timely manner since most of my plumbing needs tend to be emergencies. I always feel that I am getting good service without overpayment from a local businessman who takes pride in his work.

Date of installment they arrived an 45 minutes late.  Once there they did an excellent job of installing the equipment.  Explained how the system works and left the site spotless.  The only complaint I have is not showing up on time, this to me is very important.  I would however use them again in the future if needed.

I called at noon and he was able to meet me by 1 pm. When we met the guys were very professional. They went over my options and we had him replace all of the above.

Great!  Very prompt, professional and knew what he was doing.  He cleaned up after he was done and gave me all the details of what he was doing.

I got new counters and an under mount sink installed and the installation did not include plumbing.  My husband assured me he could do the job.  After taking a look at the dismantled garbage disposal and lack of faucet my husband started backtracking on his ability to reassemble the kitchen sink components. 
I called another plumber from Angie's list and explained my situation and he kindly referred Erin given that they would not be able to schedule until the following week.  I called Erin and explained the situation.  He said he could stop by around 3pm to take a look.   At around 2:55 Erin was at my front door with his assistants.  He took a look at situation and evaluated my old components and gave me a quote on the spot and went off and purchased a new garbage disposal and new pipes to reattach to my stack.  Within an hour and a half Erin and his team had the job completed and cleaned ready to go.   He literally swooped in and saved the day!  I would definitely use Erin and his team again!

I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. They were on time, quick, and efficient. They took time to answer any question I had and even gave me a price for a project I want done in the near future. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

He was extremely clean with his work, knowledgable and couldn't be more courteous. On top of that his price was extremely fair and his work absolutely superior. 
Since then he has immediately responded to two unrelated followup issues that required him to stop by my house. For these visits, Erin generously gave me his time at no charge. 
Also, Erin took my phone call on a Sunday to help me out with a question about a Delta faucet.  
I would highly recommend Erin Gladden both as an excellent plumber and an excellent person. Someone you can trust. I feel lucky to have a plumber in my contacts file that I can now call every time I have a problem.
