"Alright, here is my experience with All the time plumbing. We moved into a house with unknown water heater status. We had two of them in our attic and one stopped working. I called AtTP based on a recommendation and Thomas answered and we set up a time for him to come out. I donâ t feel 100% comfortable with plumbing so I wanted a professionals input on the repair and possible replacement of a water heater. Thomas came out and after looking was able to explain the cause and got it working again. He was really good at answering my questions in a way I can understand and not selling me something. After I understood what the problem was, I ended up replacing both water heaters with a tankless unit by my choice. Thomas was able to give me all the information and prices and didnâ t try to push one way or another. He explained both options I asked for and let me think on it. This was absolutely the opposite, he told me what I asked and gave his opinion when I asked. He let me decide.
