"David Muna was very friendly, courteous, and above all, professional. He explained to me in detail what he was going to and why. Not once did I question his integrity nor his ability to repair my kitchen sink on time and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend David and JD Precision Plumbing Services, and I would not hesitate to use them again."

Thank you Plumbing Systems Pro!! I’ll definitely be using you in the future for all my plumbing needs!!!"

"I was extremely pleased to be able to set up an appointment for the plumber to come out and provide an estimate, and then another to come out the very next morning and completed the following : - Remove the 2 existing faucets in the master bath and install the new ones. - Check the faucet lever in the master shower, because it tends to fall off when used. - Backflush the Rinnai tankless hot water heater. - Do what is necessary for the commode in a guest bath to flush properly. I am totally pleased with the work done, as well as the plumber himself. He was professional, yet friendly, extremely knowledgeable, completed everything in an orderly and neat manner and was able to answer every question I had to my satisfaction. I plan to use Plumbing and Drain Innovations when I need plumbing work done in the future. I find the price charged for all of the work done to be reasonable, compared with the other quotes I received to do this work."

"Had hiccup as the intake person got my address wrong. When I called to cancel, they explained the plumber was at my door. I confirmed my address and the error was found. The plumber, Victor, came in, evaluated the issue and quickly corrected the problem. I would not hesitate to use them again...but I would double check the address. Thanks G&A."
