"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

Yes, pipes can freeze during the winter months. If temps dip below 20 degrees Fahrenheit for six or more hours, your insulated pipes are more at risk, while uninsulated pipes can freeze if temps fall below 32 degrees for around 12 hours. Exterior pipes are more likely to freeze than interior pipes. The best way to prevent freezing pipes is by insulating your pipes, keeping your home’s temperature above 55 degrees, opening cabinets and doors containing pipes to promote circulation, dripping faucets, and disconnecting hoses.

Because plumbing repairs are wide-ranging in scope, job completion time may vary from a few hours or several days. Simple jobs such as clearing a clog, replacing a garbage disposal, or repairing a toilet will only take an hour or two.
