"Lee Frankum came to our house first to go over everything that needed to be done.  He was very thorough in explaining all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable about everything.  TREY and DYLAN were the two that did the whole job and they were FANTASTIC!!!!  They were both very knowledgeable and worked tirelessly from the time they arrived until they left each of the 3 days they were here!!!!  They would inform me of things beforehand and were VERY pleasant to work with, and would clean up after each day.  Trey even went an extra mile moving a hose beside our dishwasher so it wouldn't show that we had put in and also switched the "hot" and "cold" water on our shower to the right knobs.  They had been reversed since we purchased the house back in 1984.

I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. I highly, highly recommend hiring him and his team (some of whom have been with him 16 years) He is honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!"
