Eco Plumber agreed on a price to do the work and then, did not show up. Called to find out what happened and stated he was out of town. A new date was scheduled and another "No Show" occurred. This was quite an inconvenience as someone had to take off work for both appointments.

They were able to help me out when my pipes burst with the big freeze in 2/21. They were understandably busy and got to me when they could, but the repairs were done quickly and at a better price than I was expecting.

John called as soon as I requested a quote. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the issue. When he evaluated my problem, he figured out what the issue was and how much it would cost to fix it. He offered to resolve the issue right away even though he had fit me in at what appeared to be the end of his day. So an issue that I thought would take a week to resolve because it's not a serious emergency, was made a priority by John. This is my second time using Eco-Plumber and again I was satisfied.

My existing kitchen faucet was barely putting out any water, which made it more difficult to cook and clean. I tried cleaning the head and inside the connectors, but that did not help. Finally I decided to replace the faucet and contacted Texas Eco-Plumber. They replied quickly and scheduled my appointment. Jonathan came out and replaced the faucet and did not try to sell/upsell me on anything else. My new faucet is now working great. Great experience with Texas Eco-Plumber. They are prompt and efficient. Will use them again.

Reset one toiled and did a great job cleaning after the failed attempts of his predecessors. Rebuilt one flushing mechanism and works like a charm. Perfect. My technician was polite, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. In addition to the water heater flush, he replaced two leaky valves, showing me what the issue was and without being pushy (it may have been okay to wait, but I could see the potential issue myself). Eco- plumber came out quickly to give us a free estimate. He discussed different options with us. We did get other bids and of everyone, he was the most open with us about options fir the work we wanted completed. He even replied quickly when I would text questions. He arrived as scheduled, texted to keep me updated to his specific arrival time, was very efficient, cleaned up, and charged a fair price for the job. We are thrilled with the gas line and used our grill already. We will definitely use him anytime we have a plumbing need.

John (eco plumber) is the fairest, coolest, and responsive plumber I have ever met. The first time I met him, he put a new kitchen sink and faucet in for me, flawlessly. The next time, he rushed across town to fix a water line I had cut myself. He saved the day. One time at night, I noticed my neighbors lawn guy ran into the house main, and John walked me through shutting off the main, then he showed up for my out of town neighbor to fix this. He also replaced my water heater. He’s my plumber for life and I hate that this review might make him busier, but you should meet him if you need a plumber.
