It went very well there was a language problem in the beginning two gentlemen showed up but, We were struggling to communicate luckily my brother's girl is Latina and she translated until another person showed up. Overall these three men were absolutely awesome!! The were very professional and showed such great care in handling my junk Ha! No but, Honestly they were wondering and the price was very fair. The whole thing took two hours I was thinking maybe three but these Gentlemen were fast new how to use not only there equipment wow! "This is one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had! I was so stressed after my new couch would not fit up the stairway (due to a quick turn of the stairs and a lowering of the ceiling in that area). I called 10 other moving companies who couldn’t hoist the sofa. A-1 Professional movers were responsive, caring, reasonable with prices, and quick/effective. They carefully wrapped both pieces of my new leather couch, and used ropes to pull my couch up a ladder into the second story through my balcony doors. They were also very efficient! I am very pleased with their moving services and delighted that my couch is now in my home! I would really recommend them for moving, especially with a tricky situation like this where we couldn’t move the item through the regular stairs/space! 5 stars!!!"
