"Terrific response time! Called for quote at 12:24 pm. Jim quickly evaluated my need for two 50 gallon gas water heaters. Recommended Bradford White gas water heaters to replace my 20 year old rusting water heaters. His crew of 3 arrived at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm new water heaters installed and old water heaters removed from 3rd story walk in attic. Very efficient and clean installation. Price exactly as quoted. "The company came within 2 hours of contact and inspected my water heater. We received a quote before the plumber left. The next day, Jacob the plumber, followed up with me to see if I still needed their services. I called him back to let him know that I did. Within 2 hours he was back at my house to replace the water heater. He was done replacing the water heater within 2 hours! I haven’t had any issues since the repair.
