Dennis with PDI did an inspection of our existing water heater and then replaced it with a new system. He did good work and was helpful with all of his recommendations. I would use PDI in the future and would recommend them to others.

I was notified of who would be showing up via text and he called ahead of time to let me know he was in route. He explained everything in detail very friendly. Gave me all my options and answered all my questions. Took his time to ensure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I called on Memorial Day and was surprised to receive an answer. I told the person that I needed non-emergency service on my toilets. The appointment was scheduled for the nest day. Plumber showed up well within the two hour window of our appointment. We discussed the work, he gave me a price and we agreed to the service. He had to leave to pick up parts. He returned about an hour later, performed all of the necessary work quickly without making a mess. He was personable and efficient. Both toilets are now in perfect working order. I couldn't ask for better service.

The plumber came on time. The company even called me after we agreed on an appointement to let me know that they had a new opening and could come a day before. the work has been done on the day of appointement, clean work, they gave us good advice on the material to be used as we have a salted water pool that create rust quickly on metal parts around it. I would hire them again!

Repairs of problems found in a "new" 30-yr-old house were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Subsequent calls as new issues were uncovered always resulted in quick responses and professional advice, estimates, and repairs. Options were offered without any pressure to make an instant decision. Tim, Jesse, and Cole were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They will be my "go to" choice for future problems.

I contacted them through Home Depot. They came out and did all of the measurements on a Friday. They came back out on Monday to complete the work, which was done well. They did an excellent job and I will be using them again in the future. They were also very thorough and clean. They were able to overcome obstacles, in regards to plumbing, when those issues arose.

They were on time, on price and did a great job. They even helped me out with my copper sink that had been bent out of shape.
