Robert from Nick's Plumbing completed an annual A/C system check and brought two (2) maintenance items to my attention. Robert was on-time, friendly, and thoroughly explained his findings and recommendations. Not a problem to ask questions and get understandable answers. Great experience.

I like their policy where I can use the trip fee against any future work within 30 days. My problem disappeared upon their arrival. For figure! And, so far no problems now. The guys were nice. My only suggestion is to keep the customer better informed of arrival time. One call to say they were running late with a new due time wasnt accurate. It was an hour later. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

I got two estimates to replace my hot water heater. Valton Povataj customer service was miles ahead of the other service man that gave me an estimate. This is why I went with Nickâ s. Valton gave me several options as to how I could save money. I went and picked up the hot water heater same day as the estimate and Valton was back at my house within 1 hour and had it installed 30min later. I highly recommend Nickâ s.

Leo and his teammate (can not remember his name) were very efficient, pleasant, and professional on my French drain clean-out. The job was done within a couple of hours including clean-up and I am very happy with the result. I highly recommend them for this work.

Also had a scale inhibitor device installed to prevent hard water scale buildup in pipes so Iâ d never have to treat my tankless water heater for scale buildup.

Weâ ve used Nickâ s. Plumbing for years. We moved recently and needed to replace the HVAC system. They started at 8am on Saturday and stayed until everything was installed at 11pm. There was a large firmware download that was required and there was still an estimated 2 hours left before the download was complete. They were willing to stay but I sent them home. The download finished but there was a problem preventing the unit from starting. Even though they do not normally work on Sunday Leonard came to our house and fixed the problem. He could have waited until Monday but we would have had a hot Sunday. Thatâ s customer service.

Luis was awesome! He replaced my water heater, and shut off the gas to my inoperable gas grill. Great job, efficient, kept his work site clean and tidy. I would hire them in a heartbeat as long as I get to request Luis to do the work. He is outstanding.

We contacted Nick â s Plumbing on Saturday & our technician promptly arrived & explained the situation of a leaking pipe in the kitchen which was slowly dripping from a cabinet. He capped it off & returned again on Monday with hopes of fixing the pipe without causing too much damage to a kitchen wall. He accomplished the pipe replacement without any damage & I was so relieved! Thank you Myslim (sp?) for being so professional with the excellent job you did for us.
