"Wow! I love this company! If I could rate 10 star on a 5 star rating I would. It was time for me to shop around for a new pest control company as my old one kept raising my rates and changing my service technician. After using Angie's list and contacting only A rated companies, I easily selected Metro Pest. When I called and inquired about their services, co-owner, Michael, was extremely professional, explained all their processes and took my concerns very seriously. His follow up has been exceptional. On the day of my first service treatment, the technician, Mike, was fantastic. He was courteous, polite and extremely professional. As I gave him a tour of my home and explained areas where in the past I had had a bug or ant problem, he made a note to always double check these areas. As he treated, the inside and outside, he was very thorough and checked all plumbing and "weep" holes to make sure I had no further problems. The biggest surprise was when he came down from my attic and told me that while I had no pest problems up there, I did have a problem with my air conditioner and that there was water in the overflow pan. He took me over the my unit outside and showed me the excess run-off. I called the AC company and thankfully my problem got fixed. Mike saved my hundreds of dollars in AC and ceiling repairs that would have occurred without him pointing out the problem. He didn't have to go the extra mile, but he did it and I could tell it was just his normal way. But for me, it made me realize how much extra I was getting from this small business that truly puts their customers and their homes first. I highly recommend that others check them out. You won't be disappointed. I hope that Metro will recognize Mike for his above and beyond customer service. Thank you."

"Originally found Kurt on HomeAdvisor, and out of all the pest control services who reached out to me, he was the most up front and transparent about his services. No bait and switch sales pitches, no call centers or receptionist wait times etc. It was just straightforward quality pest control with reasonable fees, no hidden "fee traps" but reasonable additional costs for extra services if requested. He just came over yesterday for his followup service because it started raining heavily shortly after the initial service (you don't get that from most pest control companies!). He also quickly identified many pests that he found, pointed things out I never would have figured out so accurately myself, and showed me exactly how he was going to get rid of them. He was also very accommodating about my work schedule and about my concerns about the safety of my little dog. If you want quality service, Kurt's your man. He is quality bang for your buck, and gets the job done right the first time."
