"After consulting several pest control companies, we chose B3 Pest Solutions, and we are glad we did. -They answered all our questions -Did what they said they would do -Meticulously double-checked their work -Took before-and-after pictures that showed the condition our attic was in and then the work they had done -Were reasonably priced. We highly recommend B3 Pest Solutions."

"Samuel Schulman was my technician today and went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of even a couple wasp nests"

"Basically walked my yard, put flags by sprinkler heads and told me I should buy a new system. Did not actually fix anything. Waste of my time. Had another company come out and they had the controller adjusted, heads fixed and system working perfectly in an hour.

"Jessica picked up right away and quickly scheduled a pest control visit to my home."

"It took 6 weeks, a very long time. The gentleman who gave me the first estimate failed to check that they have access to the whole attic. He also recommended Galvanized mesh for the soffits and failed to tell me that bugs could get to the attic thru that mesh. We had to add to the estimate and add the bug mesh during the job. It turned out they could not get to the part of the attic where the major problem was. They still ignored that part in spite of me calling or texting them daily for more than a week that there still is a raccoon up there. They kept saying he will come out. They only acted on that part of the attic when the raccoon died and the smell permeated the house."

"Ive had pest/rodent problems for the last 6 months. Had 2 other companies come out , charge me an arm and a leg and it seems as tho the problem only worsened. Kenny was referred to me by a fella at Home Depot one day and I said what the heck , I'll give him a try . And I'm sure glad I did. Very professional , very informative , very knowledgeable and at a very competitive price . I'd highly recommend his services"

"Guaranteed Rodent Removal did a superb job ridding our attic of squirrels and sealing our entire home from any form of four-legged pest. I was not prepared for the total cost of this project, but each expense was explained well and justified. I was glad to contact this company early and just a day after I saw the squirrels going inside and out of the attic. That prevented roof rats from infesting, which would have made the project even more expensive. Guaranteed Rodent Removal has an excellent warranty, and they communicated extremely well with me. I appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend."
